On the surface of solid wood, this ancient predator glides through the water, its body half submerged, gentle ripples spreading around it. The motif captures that very moment: the upper body emerging above the surface, the water stirring around it, each scale milled with precision to a hundredth of a millimetre. A crocodile that outlasted the dinosaurs, climate shifts, and the fall of entire civilisations — now rising from a single piece of solid wood.
